Property Trust No 1

 

Located in the heart of the town of Port Hedland, this four level residential and commercial development opportunity was held for 2 years and sold with an IRR of 28%.

Property Trust No 2

 

Core Capital's property fund located and purchased the Lake Gooollelal Medical Centre, a multi-disciplned Medical Centre located in Madeley.

 

The site was purchased at a 6.5% yield, and has been extended in two stages from 542 sqm to 1480 sqm net lettable area. This expansion was completed with no further unit holder equity, and a yield increase for investors.

Investors have chosen to hold the investment which now has a 6 year WALE and 17.7% yield.

Property Trust No 5

 

Located in Wedgefield Industrial Estate in Port Hedland, this 1948sqm industrial property was purchased in April 2012.

 

The Site consisted of a commercial factory building and a caretaker's residence with a tenancy in place for 5 years, with two further options providing a 10% return to investors.

 

Additional revenue was achieved within the site with a 6 bed accomodation facility, which was fully leased for a further 5 years.
